How to Get Help

If you need help, we’re here to make it easy. Use any of the options below to contact the ASON Help Desk.

ASON Help Desk Support — Quick Reference

1. Request Support by Email

  • Email support@asoninc.com
  • Subject: short summary (e.g., “Printer won’t print”)
  • Body: describe what’s the issue, when it started, urgency, who’s impacted, and include your name, email, and phone. Screenshots are helpful!

3. Request Help Desk Support from Your Computer

  • Look for the ASON icon (usually in your Windows taskbar, bottom right, in the “^” hidden icons).
  • Right-click the icon and select “Request Support” or “Take Screenshot and Request Support.”
  • Fill out the support form (describe the issue, urgency, who’s affected, and your contact info).
  • Click Submit — you’ll receive a ticket number once it’s been sent.

Tip: If the icon isn’t there, use another option above and let us know about the missing icon.

Emergencies & Escalation

  • For urgent issues or after-hours support, please request support by phone.
