If you need help, we’re here to make it easy. Use any of the options below to contact the ASON Help Desk.
ASON Help Desk Support — Quick Reference
1. Request Support by Email
- Email support@asoninc.com
- Subject: short summary (e.g., “Printer won’t print”)
- Body: describe what’s the issue, when it started, urgency, who’s impacted, and include your name, email, and phone. Screenshots are helpful!
2. Request Support by Phone
- Call 717-757-2414 or 877-305-ASON (2766) and choose option 3.
- Provide the details above so we can help you faster.
3. Request Help Desk Support from Your Computer
- Look for the ASON icon (usually in your Windows taskbar, bottom right, in the “^” hidden icons).
- Right-click the icon and select “Request Support” or “Take Screenshot and Request Support.”
- Fill out the support form (describe the issue, urgency, who’s affected, and your contact info).
- Click Submit — you’ll receive a ticket number once it’s been sent.
Tip: If the icon isn’t there, use another option above and let us know about the missing icon.

- For urgent issues or after-hours support, please request support by phone.
